Question 1

Is projector better than TV?

Accepted Answer

For screen sizes above 100 inches, projectors provide significantly better immersion and value.

Question 2

Can projectors be used during daytime in Malaysia?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when paired with a high brightness laser projector and ALR screen.

Question 3

Do I need an ALR screen?

Accepted Answer

For living rooms with windows or ceiling lights, yes.

Question 4

Is China version projector safe to buy?

Accepted Answer

Most China models lack proper Google certification and local warranty support.

Question 5

What is the best projector brand in Malaysia?

Accepted Answer

Popular brands include Dangbei, JMGO, XGIMI, Formovie, Hisense and Samsung.

Question 6

Is 3000 ISO lumens enough for daytime viewing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for most Malaysian homes, 3000 ISO lumens is highly effective for daytime viewing when paired with proper window curtains or a dedicated Ambient Light Rejection (ALR) screen to control cross-reflection.

Question 7

Is 2000 ISO lumens enough for a bedroom?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. For the vast majority of bedrooms where lighting can be easily controlled or dimmed, 2000 ISO lumens provides an excellent, vivid, and deeply immersive cinematic experience without overpowering the eyes.

Question 8

Is higher lumens better for movies?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Director-intended movie formats benefit far more from deep contrast, accurate color tracking, and excellent black levels than from raw, uncalibrated brightness, which can make dark scenes look washed out and gray.

Question 9

Can a projector be too bright?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If a projector's light output is too high for the room size and ambient light levels, it will degrade the black levels of the film, cause distracting light bounce off white walls, and induce rapid eye strain during extended viewing sessions.

Question 22

How do I book a showroom visit?

Accepted Answer

Our Experience Center in Puchong, Selangor operates by appointment only — this ensures each guest gets our undivided attention. Click any 'Book a Showroom Tour' button on the website, fill in the 4-step form (your space, dimensions, budget, preferred date/time), and our system will calculate your ideal setup and confirm your booking. A specialist will WhatsApp your personalized analysis + booking confirmation within 15 minutes. Alternatively, WhatsApp us directly at +6011-2939 3994.

Question 23

What should I bring to my showroom visit?

Accepted Answer

If you have them, bring: (1) photos or a floor plan of your room, (2) approximate room dimensions (length, width, ceiling height), (3) any specific models you're considering, and (4) your budget range. This allows our specialists to tailor the demo to your actual space and recommend the ideal configuration on the spot. Don't worry if you don't have all of this — we can guide you through everything during your visit.

Question 24

What is your return or exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

Due to the specialized nature of projection equipment, all sales are final once the product has been unboxed and powered on, unless the unit is confirmed defective (DOA) within 7 days of receipt — in which case we coordinate official warranty replacement or service through brand channels. If you're unsure about a model, we strongly encourage booking a showroom visit to experience it in person before purchasing. This policy protects both you and us from the complications of returned optical equipment.

Question 25

Can I see the products in person before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we welcome you to experience our products firsthand. Our Puchong Experience Center is available by appointment. Please check with us for availability and let us know which models you're interested in, so we can ensure they're set up and ready for your visit.
